aka Trivia Dave. He has been making trivia nights epic for nearly a decade. When people caught wind that I was striking out on my own, my side hustle quickly leveled up into a full-blown business opportunity. Fast forward to now, and it’s still growing, all thanks to our amazing bars and
die-hard trivia fans. Seriously, you’re the real MVPs!
When I’m not grilling people with trivia questions, I’m MC’ing charity events, Super Bowl parties (Go Seahawks!), and all sorts of private gigs. Outside of being "trivia dave"—which is most of the time—I work full-time in Mental Health & Addictions. And whatever sliver of time I’ve got left, I’m off on
adventures with my family, dreaming up our next big escapade!

aka The Quizmaster General. I started as a trivia player, fell in love with hosting, and now I'm hooked! Crank it Up has a unique style that lets me bring high-energy, action-packed trivia every night. I mix up themusic between questions—from Elvis to Sugarhill Gang to Green Day—and, yes, I’m known for mispronouncing things, which always gets a laugh. It’s all about having fun, and if you leave feeling like the smartest person in the room, that’s just a bonus. Join me, or one of our awesome team members, for a night of trivia you won't forget!
Mylo
aka MyLo Bloodsugar - your trivia host and certified expert in both pop culture and bad puns. Before I stumbled into hosting, I was right there with you – staring blankly at that 18th-century Russian poetry question and second-guessing all my life choices. Now I’m on the other side, ready to give you that same joyfully frustrating experience! When I’m not pretending to know everything, I’m mastering the fine art of being 'awk-weird.' My close friends say I’ve got the charm of a stand-up comic and the authority of someone who’s read at least two Wikipedia articles. By day, I’m an accountant (exciting, right?), so
hosting trivia is where all my bottled-up energy comes out. I like to keep the drinks flowing and your confidence low. This is my trivia kingdom, so buckle up – it’s about to get wild!

aka Deeners. I am a huge trivia fan. Love to play and love to lose (still have never won before).I played high performance waterpolo for 12 years so I can be very competitive which I will encourage in all who come to my shows. I also work in the service industry so I spend a lot of my time talking…. (No one can get me to shut up). When I’m not pouring pints I’m sipping on them. So come on out and let’s have a drink and answer some questions together!
Penny
aka Ms. Money Penny. Born and raised in Langley, where I still happily reside with my feline overlord, Murray. You might’ve seen Murray and me sharing a beer on a patio at one of our fantastic localbreweries — he’s quite the social cat. My love for trivia led me to Crank It Up, where I used to play every
Tuesday until I gave hosting a shot. Not to brag, but turns out, I’m a natural. My mission as your host? To make you laugh while I ask the tough questions (and trust me, the beer helps).

Crank It Up Trivia & Entertainment is growing and we’re always looking for new hosts to join the team. If you’re comfortable on a mic, enjoy working a room, and want a fun, low-stress side gig, you’ll fit right in. Our hosts bring the energy at trivia and bingo nights across the valley and tri-cities.
WHAT THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE
• Host 1–2 shows per week
• Evenings, mostly Monday through Thursday
• Each show runs about 2–3 hours, depending on the crowd and setup
• Host shows at popular local breweries and venues
• Hosts start at $80 per show
• Every show includes discounts on food and a free drink or two
